Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, January 1, 1965.

A graduate of Northeastern Oklahoma State University, Sullivan earned a Bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1992.

Sullivan was sworn in as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives February 27, 2002, after winning a special election to fill the vacancy created by Congressman Steve Largent's resignation.

Sullivan served in the Oklahoma State House from 1995 until his election to the U.S. House. He served as Minority Whip in the Oklahoma House.

Sullivan’s professional interests include transportation, oil and gas, and real estate.

He and his wife, Judy, have three children.
