Publications Notice to the Oklahoma Publications Clearinghouse

Use this form to submit the required notice to Oklahoma Publications Clearinghouse/Oklahoma Department of Libraries of publication in electronic format by an Oklahoma state agency.

[65 O.S. 3-114 A. as amended by Senate Bill 1697 2010 session]
“Any agency issuing a publication which is published in an electronic format shall notify the Publications Clearinghouse and maintain a link to the electronic version of the publication.”

Do not submit the Notice until the publication has been posted on the agency website.

Include only one publication per Notice form.
