Certification Courses Registration The Sring 2013 Institute in Public Librarianship classes are now available for registration. All registrations will now be processed online using the EventBrite service. Register for each class by clicking on the link for the particular class you want to attend (see below). This online system allows you to verify you are registered. In addition, you can see who else is attending and from where so carpooling opportunities are identified. There is a class limit of 25 for each class and classes will NOT be held if less than 5 people register. You will be notified by e-mail a week in advance if a class has been cancelled. Hands-on computer classes such as Computers & Electronic Resources have limited enrollment from 10-16 depending on the computer lab size. Advanced classes are limited to 8-10 per site due to video conferencing. If any of the classes are full, you can place your name on a waiting list if you register with an email address. If you have any questions, please use the ODL staff contact form to contact Cathy Van Hoy or call 405-522-3321. The Institute in Public Librarianship is testing the use of interactive live video certification classes. Because of the nature of learning, we are limiting the classes to 3 hours and only having 3 locations per date. The presenter will be live at the Oklahoma Department of Libraries for each class and will broadcast to 2 sites per day. Please register for the location you would like to attend by clicking on the links below. Advanced Public Library Administration – Oklahoma City, ODL
