ODL Board Meeting Set, Rule Change on Agenda
The ODL Board will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Friday, February 12, 2010. Interested parties can download and review a copy of the agenda and the ODL Director's Report. Among other items of business, the Board will consider a proposed amendment to its rules. The proposed amendment establishes a fee for the filing of public land survey corner records. Spring Certification Classes Now Available for Registration
The Spring 2010 Institute in Public Librarianship classes are now available for registration. Registration can now be conducted online by visiting ODL's Certification Courses Registration page.

Archives and Records Commission
to Consider Rule Changes
The Archives and Records Commission will consider a proposed amendment to its rules at a special meeting on February 22, 2010. The proposed amendment increases the monthly storage fee for state agency records stored at the State Records Center. The Commission will also consider proposed new rules to establish standards and practices for the implementation of the requirements of the newly adopted Oklahoma Uniform Real Property Electronic Recording Act (URPERA).
