Oklahoma Reads True Grit in 2014!

The first statewide One Book program since 2007 is ready for the celebration to begin. Visit Oklahoma Reads True Grit website for public library programming ideas, a reader's guide, funding opportunities, a calendar of True Grit programs, and much more. Statewide events begin in March with the Pioneer Library System's Big Read project.

Higher Education Records Disposition Schedule Amended

The Oklahoma Archives and Records Commission implemented changes to the Consolidated General Records Disposition Schedule for State Universities and Colleges at it's Januay 23rd meeting. Records management officers and interested parties can download and review the new version.

Registration Opens for Certification Courses

ODL's Office of Library Development has posted its list of Librarian Certification courses for Spring 2014 and online registration is now open. Check it out!

Confederate Pension Records Index

ODL's Archives Division has revised and redesigned its index to the Confederate pension records held by ODL and the Oklahoma Historical Society.
